Davion has always been involved with fitness one way or another. He started weight training back in high school because he was an athlete. He played multiple years of football, basketball, and volleyball. He has not always been in the best shape either. He was overweight growing up and at the heaviest point in his life, he weighed 225 lbs during his Junior year in high school. After his first year in college, he finally realized that it was time for a change in order to enjoy all that life had to offer.
Experimenting with various training and diets, he was able to lose 70 lbs on his own. Satisfied with the results, he took a hiatus from the gym for about two years before some events landed him back into the same place that changed his life; however, this time it was for a total body transformation.
After undergoing the second transformation, he rediscovered his passion for fitness and saw the impact that fitness had on him physically, mentally, and emotionally. Because of this new understanding, he became inspired to help others achieve their goals and experience the life-changing effects that came along with it. Wanting to follow his passion for fitness, he decided to make a career change and became a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Fast forward a few years, Davion stays up-to-date with all things fitness and nutrition. He’s always working on evolving his programs to be the very best for his clients. After graduating from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, he was able to continue his education in the nutrition field. In doing so, he became a Precision Nutrition Certified Professional.
Combining over 7 years as a professional in the fitness industry and his passion for life, he’ll do whatever it takes to help you achieve your goals. He understands the level of commitment and what is required to complete the journey. His mission is to help as many people as he can, whether it’s through training, nutrition, or both. Whatever he can help with, he’ll be more than ready to.
